I purchase from Newegg frequently because they get the packages out 95% of the time, the same day. That is more important to me than trying to save a few bucks here or there.

Sure, I agree, Newegg's prices and shipping costs have drastically gone "down hill" (aka higher prices) over the years, and it is not uncommon to go to other e-tailors and find better prices. However, again, I about 95% of the time I get my order in 2 days, possibly 3. Never more than that. I know that everything is in stock when I order and that if i have any issues, and I have, that they will be taken care of promptly with Newegg.

I have had experiences with ZZF, ChiefValue, Mwave and others. Chiefvalue is essentially Newegg, I believe they use the same warehouses and inventory/sales tracking. However, Chiefvalue's customer service doesn't compare to Newegg at all. I have ordered several times from ZZF, and I have had to call in more than twice on a few different orders because I never got a tracking number after 5 days of ordering. They then tell me "sorry, it looks like it is out of stock." I know this won't happen with Newegg, so now I don't shop at ZZF anymore. I am willing to spend extra money to get my components when I need them.
