What's PS to run a dual Athlon set-up?

Something that can run a dual set-up and a couple of harddrives and an average video card. Will most 300w PSU's do the job?

Some 300 watters will work, most will not. If you find one that provides 30-amps on the 5-volt line, it should work for you but there are really not many of those out there.
