What's Prime95? And how to banchmark PCI?

I did the search, and only found Prime95, which was calculate some numbers. Is that the same thing we are talking about here to test CPU?

Also, I finally run SiS Sandra burn-in overnight without crashing, so I guess my 1.6A@2.13 and memory passed the test. (Vcore 1.47V, max CPU temp 45C) 🙂 I will loop 3DMark2001 to test video card (AGP, nvidia GF2). Is that good enough? So last two things I may need test are PCI slots, and IDE controller.

Any suggestions for software to test them?

Yes, Prime 95 runs a torture test on your CPU.

You can join their distrbuted project (Looking for prime numbers of a certain form), or simply run the test.
 
The 12-hour Prime 95 Torture test is the standard i use for testing system stability, or you can just play a Marathon round of Q3A 😀
