For USPS to get a package to you? Guy shipped a package to me little over 2 weeks ago ground shipping through USPS. He didnt get DC# or anything. He said if it doesnt come tomorrow he would refund my money. I'm thinking he either its being held up, lost or he never shipped and maybe needed the money ATM and now has the extra to pay me back.

I figure it was the holidays and that was the worst time to be shipping(shipped on the 18th). But I've never had to wait more than a week and a half(only once) and have been dealing for years and have 230+ refs. He's is CA I'm in KY.
 
If he shipped it parcel post its POSSIBLE its still being held up.. but unlikely.
 
I had a large package from CA to NY that took quite a while... less than 2 weeks IIRC, but it wasn't at the xmas time.
