Buddha would say share the wealth :)

Mohamed says that if the mosque needs a lamp and you need a lamp you buy a lamp for yourself. Practicality in everything. You have to eat and be healthy before you will ever have wealth.

Millions of Americans work longer hours for lower wages, and many of the new jobs are low-wage and part-time. With the top 0.1% owning as much wealth as the bottom 90%, and when virtually all new income goes to the top 1%, we have more wealth and income inequality than at any time since the 1920s.

Never mind what the Buddha would say. I gave you the word in post 21. You will find that it pretty much sums up the collapse of duality implied by the Diamond Sutra. Form is here emptiness, emptiness form. etc,

It's clear you're running from the truth. You hate yourself and your own voracious greed, which is why you're projecting it onto others.

Thank god for Quantitative Easing, right? Obama saved the economy!!!! Now we just wait for QE to trickle down. Stupid Republicans, don't know how fix the economy like Obama did.

On a side note: Does anyone else wish that Democrats who type like fucktards ^^^ would get hit by a bus?

This sounds like an austerian argument that you can save your way out of a recession. We can see how well it's working in Europe.

You hope for things like this, because you are an unimportant and impotent lunatic.

Also, aren't you suppose to be ignoring me?

Oh wait, that's right!! Not only do you have little control over your own life (or so you feel), but you have ZERO control over your actions.

Pathetic.

If you look at what's driving home prices, housing price increased faster in good-school neighborhoods hence my mention of bidding wars by parents. But you know, it's not necessarily bad that people spend more on housing if it brings them enjoyment, considering the other things you could spend it on like drugs or something. And as long as housing doesn't crumble, you could sell the big house and downsize to a retirement community or small cottage in Arizona after you retire.

Its more than just good schools although that does impact it. If it wasn't then we wouldn't have the size of houses we have today with the size or mortgage debts we have. As for it being an investment the problem is the portion of the average American's portfolio it makes up. Far too much is tied up in the value of our houses

The austerian idea is not about "saving" your way out of a recession. Its about not wasting money that could otherwise go into more productive areas vs government spending.

How about "Obama wants government to be much larger and spend lots more. We can see how well that is working in Europe."

It's one thing to try framing the argument so that reality supports you. It's quite another to pretend that everyone else is too stupid to see you doing it.

I think we can see how well Germany is doing. They're still a part of Europe, right?

How about Sweden? Norway?

What about France?
