what's harder for you, dips or pull ups?

Pull/Chins. Even with 45lbs on my weight belt for dips I can still pop out about 8-10. Unweighted pulls/chins I can do about 10-15.

Dips are much easier. However after doing all my other exercises, either is ridiculously difficult.
