What's good to make with chicken?

I've got frozen chicken breasts, but I just can't decide what I want to make with them. Just a regular chicken breast with some marinade doesn't seem appealing to me. Any suggestions?

EDIT: I'm not looking for side dishes... I'm trying to figure out what to do with the chicken itself.
 
chicken is great with pasta and alfredo ... Its also good with corn, stuffing, mashed potatoes, Garlic Bread, and/or Corn.
 
What I do sometimes when I'm pressed for time is I just place the chicken in a baking dish, drizzle it with olive oil, rub in a few spices such as Italian herbs, oregano, thyme, rosemary, garlic salt, and broil until cooked. Quick, easy, really good, and you can even slice potatoes and bake them the same way.
 
Chop it up, take some beans and tomato sause, put it in a pot, shove it into the oven, sprinkle it with garlic, salt, pepper and chili, serve with pasta... enjoy...
 
chicken parmigiana... get either some buttermilk, or an egg wash, dip the chicken in it, then cover it with breadcrumbs... get some olive oil in a pan, sear the chicken on both sides, then pop it in the oven for a few minutes. After that, heat up some tomato sauce in a pan, then some noodles, and voila =D or you can try making a chicken pot pie if you have broth, potatoes, carrots, etc.
 
um..

what about you cut the chicken breasts in half (about 1/2 inches thick only)

mix honey mustard, a little bit of garlic, parsley, salt, pepper altogether...

add it on the chicken and bake it!!

Well, my family almost always uses a rosemary and butter coating and then bakes the mofo chicken. You might also want some basil pesto along with it. Very good.
