Whats going on with my computer in 3d mark?

my cpu scores in 3d mark are extremely bad. about half of what they should be. take a look

i am the lighter shade gray and running at 260mhz fsb 1:1 ratio
my graphics card is clocked higher and my cpu is clocked higher yet the other system still beats me by a point. wtf is going on here?

my ram is ocz pc4400 dual channel kit 1GB

also notice how my agp is 0x i ran aida 32 and my agp is disabled for some reason yet when i try to go to smartgart in the ati settings and select 8x and restart it goes back to 0 x. anyone know whats going on?

I'll suggest two things:

It looks like throttling to me. What's your temps?

The other possibility is that the chipset, in reality, sets some frequency to a different clockrate than it reports in the bios. What is your memorybus clock set to in bios, and what does Sandra report.

Try to find the FSB point where it goes wrong. My guess (I'm not an OC'er by habit) is that the chipset can't use your very high FSB clock to derive a correct AGP clock or DDR clock.

(If it's throttling, time will also be a factor. Give it an hour of Prime95, Seti or Folding@home.

my temps are 35 C idle and about 55C under load running 2 instances of prime 95. agp/pci are locked at 66/33 in the bios

p4 2.4c at 3.12 ghz (260mhz fsb)
ocz pc 4400(ddr 550) memory running at 260mhz
asus p4p800 deluxe
radeon 9800 pro
hitachi 180gxp hd
turtle beach santa cruz
