What's for lunch?

haven't had anything yet. i don't my lunch till 2. but i am going to have a Coke and a bowl of Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice. mmmmmmmm
 
well, about 4 and a half hours ago.... it was some ghetto-style chinese dish at a local food court.

Why do I always buy those things when they always leave me feeling sick and bloated? 😱

while certain things i admit i have very little self control with...... i don't get how the same slop of a meal can seam appealing a few days later when you know how it always leaves you feeling

this happen to anyone else? somehow always end up eating the mall chinese food when confronted with a food court? i think it's psychological
