I had two sandwiches and a bowl of soup. The sandwiches are a thin spread of light mayonnaise with a thin spread of hot sauce on top of that. I then put some Sara Lee Buffalo Chicken slices on top of that with some lettuce and then a slice of 2% Kraft cheese. All of that goes on some Sara Lee Soft & Smooth White Bread ( I used that same type but in Wheat which works just fine ). Then, I toast that (Panini style) on a George Foreman grill, because I don't have a Panini cooker thing. It's pretty darned good, but I'm looking for a few ways to spice it up if anyone has some advice!

The soup was potato, broccoli and cheese... I believe Progresso's Hearty Choice brand. I put some oyster crackers in that too.

I just finished the last bowl of the venison stew I made Saturday. Killed/cleaned/butchered the deer and made everything else in the stew from scratch. Homemade from start to finish!

I'm going to make another batch this weekend to clear out the rest of the venison from last season before restocking the freezer this season. Yum!

You know what's good? Getting a venison steak, cutting it up and putting it on top of egg noodles. The steak bits are so soft and tender with the tasty noodles. Beef gravy works fine with the venison too!

Ugh, hummus. I was at some scholars dinner in college once and it was a sort of "taste of the middle east." It was pretty much anything with peas... Chicken and peas... hummus... pea-flavored ice cream. In a bit of racial ignorance, I said to myself, "Man, eating peas with everything... no wonder they're always pissed off!" I like peas myself, but a man has a limit.

Damn, preemptive rejection hurts :(

I guess you aren't going to get nachos from Chili's then...

You be crazy. Mashed up chickpeas with tahini and garlic is deliciousness!
