Great. So my Banh Mi was filled with BBQ meat and I'd say a good half of it was charred. Still tasted amazing, but I goes to gets the cancers now. FML.

I made lasagna Sunday night. I don't like thin lasagna. That sucker weighed 14 pounds when it went into the oven & was nearly 3" thick. Took 2 1/2 hours to cook at 350F. I froze some for the future, and it was Mon night's dinner, plus lunch for every day this week.
