Dagwood from Penn Station.

mmmm

Denny's used to have a Dagwood of some sort. It was actually pretty damn good too (for Denny's). *sigh* All the good shit is gone these days.

chicken and mozzarella sammich + pretzels.

Costco rotisserie chicken + rosemary olive oil bread yum nom nom yum.

I have a beef/bean mixture or bbq chicken and protein shake from home. Or I can just go down the street and grab a small chicken pho bowl and have them add steak.

Hopefully Pierogi.

What kind to be exact? Being Polish myself... I have to ask. Mushroom and sauerkraut are amazingly good!

I'm half-Polack. Never had them with mushrooms, but that sounds good. When I was a kid my Baba and I would make blueberry ones with wild blueberries that would bring you to your knees; so damn delicious.

More like dumpings that way, but yeah. My mom would make crepes like that, so good.

Also, I highly suggest pierogi with diced potato and kielbasa in it.

Ahh yes... Polish cuisine... the cuisine of never-ending flatulence!

I like potato and cheese with bacon and onions on top. Mushroom and sauerkraut are pretty good though, maybe I'll get half and half.

turkey, bacon, havarti cheese, sliced avacado, mayo, lettuce, dill pickle, tomato, sprouts on a panini bread. 🙂

white chili -- great northern beans, ground turkey, green chili peppers, jalapeno, etc. made it a week or so ago, froze a bunch of the leftovers but still had some in the fridge too. it's not bad, but next time i would make it spicier.

also some yogurt, and a chocolate cookie that i baked over the weekend.

I ate at Grandy's.

my insides are saddened.

Grandy's still exists?

Double :shocked: ! We lost them around here (Champaign IL), the guy sold them and put in a deli-style place instead. I miss my country fried steak and mashed potatoes, and the rolls!! 🙁 🙁 Where are these mystical Grandy's you speak of?
