I just moved and my stuff had just arrived that day, so it was still all packed up.

Well your stuff is there now, but you're still whining about bad lo mein. Spend 15 minutes making your own (yes, that's how long it takes to make really good lo mein or buy the crappy take-out stuff and spend 30 seconds adding some extra sauces to make it out better.

lol that's funny. The scallops were frozen, and the wife was like "Chef Ramsey would cuss you out". I don't cook like that very often...very rarely actually. I'm more of a steak griller, or hamburger helper type guy.

It was decent. Not quite spicy, but okay. I'll unpack the kitchen tomorrow after work, probably. Either way, I do need to learn to at least not loathe cooking. I can cook pretty well, but I totally hate doing it. It's on my list of changes to make here in the new place.
