Cooked a pot roast with carrots and russet potatoes in the instant pot last night. 45 minute under pressure cooking time and it was falling apart when I pulled it out.

Next time I'm going to double the meat though because it ended up not being quite enough for everyone.

Probably going to turn to the instant pot again this weekend to precook some ribs and a pork loin for the grill. I love love love the instant pot.

NY Strip, oven roasted potatoes, and salad. Fresh strawberries for dessert. Sorry, no pictures.

Little Caesar's Hot 'n Ready pepperoni pizza. Might have some cucumbers and grape tomatoes for a vegetable (with three cups of sour cream for dipping, lol).

Earlier in the day I had a nostalgic memory of the family-style Salisbury Steak frozen dinners from the 80s so I reproduced that using fresh ingredients.

Ef'naye. Hit the spot.

Made hamburgers last night. The beans were apparently a new product called whiskey beans, but they tasted like gasoline. :awe:

Arby's Bourbon Bacon Steak sandwich. It is probably the saltiest thing I have ever eaten in my life. 0/10 would not buy again. All I need is a simple Arby's sandwich with sauce & cheese. Wish I had eaten one of those instead :(

Oh and I had a new BK breakfast wrap, the "Egg-normous" one. Mediocre. It's filling, but it needs chorizo (or spam) to get that breakfast burrito flava flav.

Have some chicken and a few things leftover.

Think we're gonna make a big chicken/beef stake tomato/potato salad/ various things type of salad, just to clean the fridge out a bit.

Some leftovers need to be eaten in there :p

I usually like Arby's myself, but haven't stopped by there in awhile.

I'll have to keep that in mind, I still like their simpler things myself.

not a pic of mine but this is what I'm eating, the pic doesn't do them justice. There's at least 3 pounds of food, an absolutely crazy amount of Carne and so much cheese on top you can't even see anything besides it. I don't know how the fuck they can sell this for $8 and make money, God bless Mexican food! DELICIOUS. Wonder how many calories are in it lol, I shall conquer the entire thing in a single sitting, or die trying.
