So I'm sitting here bored at work thinking about the country fried steak Throwdown that was on last night, and wanted to try to make it tonight. Any ideas to jazz it up? Prolly try the recipe Bobby Flay used.

Never know till I get home and look at all the food I don't have. It's getting toward the end of our bi-weekly grocery shopping. Not much left in there.
 
Steak and carrot stir-fry in golden mushroom sauce, rolls, and...sun chips (ran out of rice, d'oh!).

that's not chicken, but yeah it's still huge for country fried steak

chicken noodle soup more than likely, I GD hate this flu season
 
Tonight we are going to Mongolian BBQ beacuse I have a coupon for dinner free for my birthday!

It's pretty good. Extremely lean, fast cooking, takes marinades and spices well. Not really like chicken at all, more like a good steak.
