Had green chile stew served with some pan-roasted brussel sprouts.

Got some running around to do tonight, so we're hitting up Sweet Tomato

Today, I shall feast upon the flesh of a large mammal, the flesh of an animal of the sea, and some plants that grow underground. Then, I will top it all off with some water which had been mixed with malts and hops and fermented and then bottle conditioned. The finale will be to fill my pipe with some Dunhill Nightcap, and then to slowly enjoy the poisonous smoke. Ahhhhh!

Fuck, Jack Daniels is a meal in its self man! LOL! Have you tried Winter Jack? It has less alcohol content, but pretty tasty. Oh shit, I forgot that winter jack is in select markets.

The rosemary is OK, but I can't stand tomatoes, black olives, or capers :( If you want me over for dinner, a nice sear is all you need.

You can have what my kids have when they are fussy.

I'll put some toast on for you. :p

Giving Paleo Wraps a try tonight:

http://paleowrap.com/

Similar to rice paper for making spring rolls, only it doesn't shrivel up when wet apparently. And it's shelf-stable, which is cool. It's made from coconut (coconut milk & coconut water). Lots of videos on that page.

Just finished Valentine's dinner with the wife. 2 pounds of king crab legs, two 1 pound lobsters, 2 14oz ribeyes, and baked potatoes with cheddar. The dogs got leftovers, the cats got leftovers, and I'm stuffed. :)

One Home Run Inn style pizza with half cheese half veggie for my wife, daughter and mom. One Lou Malnati deep dish style with sausage patty and half leftover veggies for my dad and myself.
Was damn good.
