Whats for dinner tonight ATOT?

I'll be enjoying a 1.4 pound top sirloin bought from the local meat market. It has been lightly dusted with pepper, garlic powder and a pinch of salt. That and a little tiny bit of vinegar(to tenderize). It will be grilled. Probably have some steak fries and black eyed peas with it.

What is everyone else having?

I'll post pics of said steak after cooking.

Been just munching all day today. As I mentioned somewhere else, I started making a little over 10 pounds of venison sausage the other day. As I needed time to stuff the casings, let it warm to room temperature, then slowly cook at 170 degrees (the lowest my oven goes) until it reached 156 degrees, I finished it yesterday. I've been munching on it often enough today that I'm not really in the mood for dinner.

Roast Beef
Twice baked potatoes
Brussels sprouts
Salad
Au Jus
Horseradish
Pecan Pie for desert 🙂

why bake them twice?

The first round is just to bake the potato

Second round is to bake it again after taking all the potatos out of their skins while cut in half, load up the potato in a bowl and mix up with what ya like, cheese, etc. Then you scoop the mixed up potato back into the half skins and bake again to melt the cheese.
