I would've made some waffles, but I didn't see that some batter was made last night and left in the fridge until I had already poured my bowl of cereal. 🙁
I had the same thing I always have: 1 5-eggwhite omlette, plain, 1/2 cup (measured dry) of old fashioned oatmeal, plain, with a glass of creatine drink, and an assortment of supplement tablets (multivitamin, fish oil, glucosamine, etc)
