What's fer dinner tonight?

we made a whole roaster chicken with an injectable marinade (cajun butter). the man had sauteed spinach with garlic and olive oil with french bread. I had baked yams with some butter and honey.
not too bad for a quick dinner!
 
I just made 10lbs of red sauce.

1lb 85% Ground Beef
1lb 93% Ground Beef
3 Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, Green)
1 Yellow Onion
1lb White Mushrooms
Roughly 4lb of tomatoes
Lots of TLC

10 drops "The Legend" Habenero Puree

Its sooo good 😀
