Mountian Dew and coffee when I'm workin, OJ/Vodka or Jack/Coke when I'm relaxin. A beer now and then doesn't hurt either. Just don't get carried away or you'll be kneeling at the porcelian alter🙂
 
anything liquid... except milk. The stuff sends me to the emergency room, and personally, i end up there enough anyways without milk.

Occasional fruit juice

When I feel up to it, fresh carrot juice....
