Whats dead?

Computer wouldnt switch off by using the regular power button so I switched the button on the PSU... now it doesnt turn on completely.... i do paperclip trick and fans spin, hard drive spins.... cd rom doesnt work.

put in my truepower 480 and it still doesnt boot up

An ATX power supply doesnt go off by pressing the power button,unless you hold the button for 4secs...

Maybe the case power switch got disconnected from the mobo somehow. My $.02.

fixed.. popped in a new mobo and it worked fine
