Any locals? Or frequent visitors? We're planning to take a couple of days and see Corpus Christi. What's good to see and do?

we're? as in family or a group of friends. the beach of course is the main attraction, you could always go fishing, sailing, jet skis, eating fresh seafood...

besides water stuff, you have the aquarium, lexington aircraft carrier. i'd skip the small museum and crappy $2 million "columbus" ships.

nothing important in the city compared to fort worth except the new krispy kreme. do they have one up there?

Take a day and drive down to south padre... well worth the drive compared to the cc beach.... or if you at least go out to mustang island (the beaches in the bay suck).

This is true. Padre does kick ass. It smells a little less like fish than the bay does too.

We, as in myself, my spousal unit and our teenage son.

Any leads on jet ski rental places?

Any leads on fishing boats that will take you out to sea for a few hours?

Is Mustang beach the only decent beach? I remember seeing a lot of seaweed around the area.

Thanks.

I live in CC. It's a fairly slow and boring town.

You can go to the aquarium if you have never been that could be fun, we have a art muesum that leaves something to be desired but its ok i suppose. The beach is the main attraction and as mentioned South Padre is your best bet, our beach sucks :). The Lexington is considered an attraction while i personally think it blows, if your into that though it could be cool i suppose ( its a big boat in case you don't know :) ). I'll try and think of more things for you guys to do.

Go into downtown and party, there are some cool clubs there all within walking distance.

We've seen the Lexington. It was pretty cool. We're hoping to do some watersports stuff and a sea fishing trip.

I went there to see the body of Jesus once.

Imagine my surprise when they said it wasn't there! :Q

I should sue for false advertising. :|
