What's better? gc or ps2?

What do you like better? gamecube or ps2?

I like the ps2 because of online EA games. Can't wait for Tiger 2004 with online play.

But, the ps2 is a dying machine in it's final days. The xbox can run circles around it when looking at numbers and performance. Still though, I like my ps2 for what it is.

rpg - PS2
sports - Xbox
action adventure- tie
online - Xbox
racing - PS2 though xbox is almost as good
overall - PS2

nintendo first party games are great but there isnt a whole lot of them

i have a PS2 and GC

and will probably get an X-box soon

Both have their advantages. I ended up buying a GameCube because there are some GC-only games that I really wanted to play, plus the system/games were really cheap.

except i realize now they all tend to be dark and depressing.

when you have a brother that's a zelda fan and final fantasy is going back to nintendo... you can't avoid getting a game cube..

i bought a gamecube because of the gc only games that i wanted to play (metroid, zelda, mario), but ps2 has a lot of good games, and i consider them pretty much equals.

PS2 has more games the the gamecube and Xbox. Gamecube and Xbox both have better graphics than the PS2. However I still like my PS2 more than my Xbox and Gamecube.
