What's better for me? NF3 Ultra or NF4 Ultra?

Hi! I just need mobo and video card.
I have a Venice 3000+, 2X512MB ValueRam and Antec SLK1650 with 350W (20pin)

On one hand...NF4 is newer technology but it requires PCI-E and that means I have to get a 6200TC video card which is kinda crappy.
On the other hand..NF3 is older but it allows me to buy something like Radeon 9550 which is better I think.
And the last thing I need is a good onboard audio solution.

Any suggestions?

I don't really understand the problem. First, if you are buying a video card, PCIe will be cheaper for the performance. Second, try and get to the $100 price point on the video card, you'll find 6200 (nonTC) and a few 6600 cards that are much better. There are also some very well priced NF4 4x boards (<$80).

Oh and although I believe a 9550 is better than a 6200TC, neither is going to let you do more than the other.

the thing is that with the 6200 non TC..i might encounter some problems. Anandtech said in buyer's guide sometime that if you have the case i have (with only 20pin) it's not recommended to go over 6200TC as far as video card goes.
