These are my specs

PIV 2.6C@3.25 (stock cooling, FSB 250)
2 x 256 MB Kingston Value Ram Cas 3 DDR400 (running at 400 with memory divider 5:4, dual channel)
Msi 865Neo 2 (865Pe)
Seagate 7200.7 80GB SATA
Seagate Barracuda IV 7200 80GB PATA
ATI Radeon 9000

I want to buy some nice memory (I am thinking of Geil Ultra X PC3200 2 x 512MB), but I don't know if maybe it will be better to buy some PC4000 memory, so what's better for this setup Low Latency (running memory with divider) or bandwidth (running memory 1:1).

Mostly I do video encoding (MPEG/AVi to DVD and viceversa) and audio encoding (WAV=>MP3/FLAC), will I see some benefit from using new memory.

Please recommend other brands/models, one little thing I plan on getting an A64 setup but it will not be until year's end, so this memory will have to deal with that setup also ...

Thanks
