What's your opinion? White album? Sticky Fingers?

Without a doubt AC/DC's Back in Black is the ass-kickingest record in the history of rock and roll! Every song rocks major!

1. Hells Bells
2. Shoot To Thrill
3. What Do You Do For Money Honey
4. Given The Dog A Bone
5. Let Me Put My Love Into You
6. Back In Black
7. You Shook Me All Night Long
8. Have A Drink On Me
9. Shake A Leg
10. Rock And Roll Ain't Noise Pollution

Obviuosly this was bands peak too. All you need from AC/DC is BnB really and maybe Dirty Deeds or Powerage for thier Bon era.

Do greatest hits cds count?

Nope..
Except bealtes... every album they had was a greatest hits album😛

Lots of great records here guys.. some I need to buy too😛

I want to say Ride the Lightning, but I think Metallica's behavior since Black came out has really just ruined them for me in general.

The Moody Blues, "Days of Future Passed"

Only two singles came from the album: "Nights in White Satin" and "Forever Afternoon (Tuesday?)" but it is the first to be a rock opera, meaning that it combined orchestral movements within rock songs and each song was part of the larger central theme (story) of the album.

Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon

Maybe..over 30 years later still sells 400,000 copies a year. More than most sorry ass bands these days can dream of.

I supported Metallica until there latest album what's it called "Saint Anger" was terrible.

Grand Funk Railroad - Closer To Home

Mark Farner's wild, shirtless lyrics, the bong-rattling bass of Mel Schacher and yes, the competent drum work of Don Brewer!
