What's are common memory overclocks with D9 memory on a 680i?

Ahoy hoy! I have some Patriot PC6400 that appears to have Micron D9 chips. I'm currently running them at 1200 DDR (600MHz) with 5-5-5-15-2T timings and 2.3V. My CPU is at 3.2GHz and the bus speed is set to 1600 (400MHz). So far they have been Prime95 stable for an hour. Is this common and can they be tweaked further?

Yeah you'll likely get even more out of them.

If you up vdimm to 2.4-2.45V (though i wouldn't personally use that 24/7), i wouldn't be surprised if you could do DDR2-1300.
