Whats Amazon's Number? Need video card info

I am trying to call amazon.com and ask about a couple video cards. I want to know if they have TV out and DVD hardware decoding. The first is the Elsa Erazor X 32MB AGP Nvidia Sdr 256 Gpu and the other is the SIIG Aurora AGP 32MB & MPEG2 3D/2D Graphics Accelerator. I also wanted to ask if they had any good ram instead of that cheap Viking stuff. I want to use web certs with them. Does anyone know their number?
 
I don't think there is a single phone number on their site. Other than through e-mail, I don't know how you're going to reach them.

Found this on another web page. Supposedly, although there are a ton of voice menus, eventually you speak with a live person.
