Nothing wrong with my current one but maybe I could do better in the near future. Thoughts?

RX 6400 ;P

But seriously, what types / titles of games do you play, at what resolution, and do or would you use FSR or DLSS? Do you care about "fake frames" and frame-generation?

Budget? Do you care , new / used? Ex-mining cards OK?

Other PC specs?
What resolution do you plan to play?
What games?

I can't help you personally but it helps to know about your equipment and games or upgrade plans if any. Prices are also falling so it may be best to drag your feet a bit.

Actually the 1660ti can be had for fairly cheap too and will substantially outperform what you have now. (plus it won't nuke your power supply)

With that PC I wouldn't bother going any higher spec on the GPU.

1660ti is in what way better than 1650?

ty for the suggestion. I'll keep this in mind when the time comes.

It's faster.... quite a bit faster. ;)

Having said that, the 1650 is still fully supported by Nvidia so if it isn't giving you any performance problems why spend money at all? (seriously)

GTX-1650 vs GTX-1660ti (gpu.userbenchmark.com)

If OP doesn't want to buy one of my AS-IS GTX 1660 ti 6GB cards that were ex-mining cards (and I don't blame him if he doesn't, although they are still in working shape), then yes, a $200 New RX 6600 would be an excellent choice. (I sold all of my used ex-mining RX 6600 cards already. They were fairly quick sellers. Still have to get the last batch mailed.)

Edit: Here's a $69 RX "580" 8GB card.

I ordered and received four of these cards, but I have yet to test them.

That might be ideal, if you don't want to splash out a lot of money, but want double the VRAM (and a real RX 580 is a stronger card than a GTX 1650).

I had assumed OP was mainly looking @ Nvidia .... if AMD is an option the 6600 is a solid choice. (idk if I would bother with an RX-580 anymore though even for $70)

Where i come from we don`t use GPU`s anymore!! Everything is controlled by our minds which are the equivalent to super fast computers!! I hopw this helps!!

What are you aiming at tho?
Are you going to play something a bit more demanding like Valorant where you want 500fps instead of 300?

no but seriously, the only upgrade i see worthwhile would be a 6650xt and thats at about 300 dollars.
Other then that, i see no net benifit, unless you intend to throw something a bit more demanding at it, or you intend to play CS:GO @ 8K with DLSS.
