What's a stable MB with 3 ISA slots (any processor 200Mhz or above)

I need to build a system with 3 ISA slots, and it needs to be rock solid.

I haven't nailed down the specifics yet, but a bare minimum for the box would be a Pentium 200 (or AMD) and SDRAM

Am I correct in thinking that a P200 and a K-6 could use the same motherboard? (Socket 7, right?)

yeah a socket7 board will work for both of the cpu's you listed
are you looking for AT or ATX?

not any time recent, but several years ago i probably built over a dozen systems on the dfi k6bv3+ board, they were all excellent systems, totally stable
yes they have 3 isa slots and several pci and an agp

they are baby AT form factor, but have the plug for both at and atx (so you can use it in either type of case)

that board will also support any of the old pentium/k62 cpu's, and it supports up to 550mhz

i just ran a search on pricewatch to see if it was still around (searched for "k6bv3"). found it for about $70
im sure there are cheaper boards out there, all i know is my exp with that board was very good

intel RC440BX mobo. Has 4 ISA and 3 PCi slots. Being BX chipset it can handle at least upto p3 600 (100 fsb)(I think). Maybe more with bios update.
