What's a SCA Rack?

Anyone know what SCA stands for? I'm guessing scsi something.

I built myself a dual xeon system w/ scsi and I'm looking to put some type of mobile rack in it.

Does my scsi drive have to be specifically a "sca" drive? I have a Maxtor Atlas 10k IV. It's 1'' in height, so I dunno if it would fit in one of these sca racks. Here's a link to the rack I'm looking at: http://www.acme-technology.co.uk/mobile_rack.htm
Look at the MB016 SCA Module. Will that work with my hard drive? It says it supports U320.

TIA.
