What's a reasonable CPU temp for P3/Tualatin @ 1400?

I've been playing with bumping the FSB on my P3/512K 1.2GHz, and at 1400
it seems to run quite stable.

I've turned off the heatsink fan to keep noise down, and my temperature is
hovering right around 32 C.

Is this a reasonable temperature? Too high?
