What's a normal temperature for a AMD athlon xp? A temperature in celsius. That's not too hot, not too cold. Mine is at 50

Thats about right. Anywhere between 45 C and 55 C is OK.
When I had liquid cooling on mine I go it down to 35 C.
Before the liquid cooling I got it to shoot up to 90 C, then auto shut down.

I had to open the computer door for it to go down. Now it's at 46

Yeah, I never have the covers on my cases.. I'm too lazy to be always pulling them off everytime something breaks 😉

go with that one.
Of course you'll just get flamed for posting in the right forum with a question like this. It's all relative to the motherboard/diode location.

There is no such thing as "too cold" when it comes to processors.

Under full load for 6+ hours

Case: 28°C
Diode - 56°C
Socket - 50°C

Stock AMD heatsink + thermal pad /w a 60 mm fan overhanging 😛

The audigy is out of there now, but I still need to go back and reziptie everything as it's even WORSE now. 😱
