What's a good wireless keyboard with an integrated mouse? (anyone heard of FenTek?)

I'd prefer an RF keyboard with a trackball, but a IR keyboard and/or a touchpad would be fine. Pointing sticks are not fine.

Some googling has turned up a few results, but I don't know what's good in this area.

It's a keyboard how hard would it be to mess one up. Hard to find any wireless with pad or trackball built in. They better be good for the price.

None of Logitech's products have an mouse and keyboard as a single unit.

There's this Lite-on Airboard which is IR. Unfortunately I can't find it in stock anywhere.
