What's A Good Way to Answer This Question?

During a job interview what's a good way to answer when they ask "What do you feel is your biggest weakness?"
I always hate that. During the whole interview I'm trying to promote myself and then they want to know what I suck at.

I had my first interview at Circuit City today, and I think it went really well. The question didn't come up this time (it was very informal) but I'm sure it'll come up at one of the subsequent interviews. So I'm looking for suggestions.
