Does anyone know a good site where I can find nutritional information on a lot of different foods? I'm mainly trying to track my protein intake while I'm doing a bulking phase and wanted to get a rough idea of how much protein etc is in certain foods. For instance, here in Canada, chicken doesn't come marked with information like that.
Also, if I were to say, buy chicken and then use barbecue sauce on it, how exactly would I find out the nutritional value of that? Would I look it up as barbecue chicken? or would I look up chicken and barbecue sauce and add them together?
