What's a good series ?

I liked Human Target and Burn Notice, but there aren't any new episodes to check out yet. I enjoyed V, True Blood and SGU - but again no new episodes of those to check out.

I just started watching Dexter today actually. I always avoided it because I thought it was like CSI. So far I'm enjoying it but I've only seen the first 2 episodes.
