What's a good screen capture program?

I'm looking for a screen capture program that will let me take full screen shots of games. Something with an auto save feature, so I don't have to save each picture, and a programmable screen capture key, and I don't want it to play any sounds when it takes the picture. I've tried Hypersnap DX but I don't like their interface. I remember finding a really nice program like it before, but I can't remember the name of it. Are there any other good screen capture programs out there?
 
hmmm i'm looking for something that can just use the Print Screen key... for fast gaming screenshots... none of the ctrl - shift - p stuff...
 
Yeah, I don't know what's up with the Techsmith link. Still, I'd go with Snag-it. You can configure it anyway you want, shortcut key wise. And it's full function shareware for 30 days. Go to www.tucows.com and look for it and others you can try.
