What's a good scanner under $150.00

I am looking for an opinion on a good scanner for under $150.00. What do you think?

The August issue of Computer Shopper did an article on this very thing... Scanners under $150. Their winner? The Microtek Scanmaker V6UPL at $129.99 list. A rating of 8.2 over the Epson 640U with a 7.3.

I like the Canon N1220U because of the fact that it's slim and draws all its power from the USB port (no power cable). People say the image quality on the Epson is better, but I couldn't tell the difference between my Epson 1240U and the Canon N1220U. However, if you want speed, nothing beats the Epson in your price range.
