What's a good SATA raid card in the ~$200 range?

Looking mostly for stability and then performance (off-loaded CPU tasks).

What sort of RAID do you need and do you have a PCI-X slot?

0+1 or 10. I'll choose a MB and CPU partially around the controller card.

How many ports do you need? and do you need SATA I or II? Do you need management over Ethernet?

No management. 6 ports. Sata II.

Several options that i would reccommend. All unfortunately above your $200 price range. However, I simply can't reccommend anything around that price. Perhaps someone else can.

PCI-E x4:
HighPoint RocketRAID 2320
PROMISE SuperTrak EX8350 recommended

PCI-X:
LSI Logic LSI00042 most recommended

Thanks, man. That pretty much confirms what I was thinking. At $319 I also like the 3Ware card. Have one running an Exchange server right now like a frickin champ, but I need three lower end servers and I'm seeing if I can do it for cheaper than Dell or not.
