I believe the mother board you are looking for exists purely in imagination.

Socket 939 - DDR
Socket AM2 - DDR2

its that simple

Socket AM2 = Athlon X2 3800+/4200+/4600+/5000+/FX-62. All dual core, DDR 2 chips.

I wonder how much of a performance hit you would take using the adapter and an am2 cpu with that board??
(it really doesn't seem possible in my mind since athlons have the onboard mem controller)

EDIT: oh i see, add in card for cpu and ram....

The ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 board with a socket AM2 upgrade card will support ddr2 ram.

actually, that is a socket 939 with optional upgrade to AM2. But it still only supports DDR1. Check the website:
http://www.asrock.com/product/939Dual-SATA2.htm

It most certainly does support DDR2, you just have to use this along with an AM2 cpu:

;)

I assume the wink is because, your essentially describing an AM2 processor using DDR2 that is jeri-rigged onto a 939 board? Because Id still consider this socket 939 ;)

Price range? This would be the best overall Mobo in my opinion:

Another SLI option for cheaper, but still very good, with only 2 x8 slots for SLI (more than enough:

I dont think you could go wrong with an Asus board in AM2. They are my favorite motherboard company, I personally have never has an issue with anything they made (except with how ugly their Vento case is)

The wink is because this is the least feasible and certainly last recommended option for someone purchasing all new components wanting to use ddr2. I guess it still gives you an agp slot to go with an am2 cpu, I don't think there are any others like that.
