What's a good program for testing ram?

Hi All,

I'm looking for a program that will test some PC66 dimm ram modules. I've been
getting some registry errors on boot up every now and then and I replaced my
ram and it hasn't happened since but I would like to test what I removed to see
if there is a problem for sure.

What do y'all suggest and where can I get it?

May should.....but I figured anyone who was doing overclocking would be sure to know of a good memory test program and that's why I posted it here....
