What's a good power supply??

5V line on my KK266-R is only 4.40V TOPS!!

The molex connectors give me about 4.6. This is awefully bad and I think it's time for a new Power Supply.

The BIOS dictates 4.8V but a direct meter reading gives 4.25 without about a .1V error. THAT'S PRETTY BAD! I'm surprised the thing boots at all.

Any suggestions on a good 300 to 350W power supply?

 
Get a Sparkle power supply! They are one of the best and are pretty cheap as well. Enermax has some good Power supplies as well.
 
Sparkle/SPI/Antec all good names, Enermax is overrated I believe, just right now this very minute my friend is having probs. with his Enermax PSU.. his system is not getting enough voltage, and it may have corrupted his OS by the looks of things.
