What's a good place to get an already installed board?

I decided to go for an athlon class processor for my next pc, but after an experience laying one down before, I rather pay a professional money to do it. What's a good place that does such a thing for a economical price? I was thinking of getting a 1800XP on the platinum soyo dragon plus board and 512mb of RAM but if someone has a better ( and cheaper ) board to suggest then go ahead. I'm making this system from scratch and I'm willing to pay no more than 400 for ram, board, and processor, but rather pay closer to 360 if possible ( with shipping) any suggestions?

AccessMicro.com sells barebones systems you can customize. Comes with mobo/cpu/ram/case. I ordered one from them once, no problems with it at all.

MWave sells pre-assembled mobo/cpu/ram. They will also test it out for you for $9.
