My mum can pick up about 20lbs in 1 hand (maybe; she has a back problem)

I could probably pick up around 50-60 quite easily.

Does it all have to be one piece? Could you have 5 10 pounds pieces and have it be considered bulk?

Or does it have to be one manly sized hunk of beef?
