What's a good name for an article on plastic surgery?

If this paper is leaning in the negative direction perhaps "enhance your ugliness", "frozen stiff face people", "the scariest face in the universe: Michael Jackson", or maybe "big bogus breasts" would work.

If it is more neutral, "the pros and cons of plastic corrections", "is plastic surgery for you?", "self expression via plastic surgery; excessive?", or "plastique"

If its more positive, "The reversal of the ugly stick", "bigger and bigger bouncy breasts", "fixed faces: A document on the benefits of plastic surgery", "facial reconstruction, time to give those with horrible disfigurements a second chance at a normal life" ...

I am personally neutral on this issue, I think that in many cases its excessive, something people who are Obsessive compulsive about appeaance go for,. There are many many cases where burn victims, people involved in tragic accidents, and people with serious birth defects can look much more "normal" and lead better lives without getting picked on all the time about superficial things.

Mods, if any of my titles are excessivly in bad taste, and cause offense to anyone, my apologies go out to you and those people.

The article at this point is intended to be neutral; I didn't put a whole lot of effort into it, and there are points right now that I keep bringing up. My overall point is just that it's not as peachy as it is portrayed, and that it has risks (need to elaborate more on those, besides just "death on the operating table").

So, it's meant to be more just light, informative humor.
