what's a good mid range cd headunit? audiophiles help!

I'm trying to look for a good quality mid range around $150 cd player for my 93 toyota camry
stock speakers four 5 1/4"s
features i'm looking for are

1. QUALITY i don't want it to crap out or get cds stuck in it...or overheat
2. good bargain
3. remote...either on my steering wheel or just plain remote
4. mp3 is optional...
5. but i want something with decent rms...so that if i replace my stock speakers it'll still sound good....
