Whats a good image viewing program like ACDSee?

I can't seem to get ACDSee 4.0 or 3.5 to work on my comp, it just doesn't open. Whats something close to it? Most important feature i like is that you can go full screen when u click on the wheel and when u move your wheel up or down it goes to the next pic.

It has a nice slideshow and screensaver program built in.

Irfanview. It supports just about every image file format out there and, with plugins, it can play video/audio files too. It's also freeware.
