What's a good HSF?

I don't want a loud fan. I already went through the Delta 7K RPM. That thing was just too loud. So what is a good cooler for my OCed T-Bird?

Alpha PAL8045 and the 80mm fan of your choice.

Do you not read any of the other posts? Look around, the Alpha 8045 has been the HSF of choice in almost every "which HSF?" thread I'd recommend a Panaflo L1 or H1 fan.
