what's a good house warming gift for someone who likes golf?

A framed hand painted picture of his favorite hole, this takes the cake....something famous from a well known course. Or of his favorite player.

A "ball holder" that has a meaninful picture of his favorite player/course and places to put balls where he's played.

A pre-purchased round.

A set of really good balls that he wouldn't normally play.

If they are new to the area, a round of golf or even offering to go with them. I know I would enjoy a free round...
